Obesity has become a problem in this country, and it's affecting even young children. What should parents do to prevent obesity in their children? Should schools do anything to prevent obesity? Why or why not?

Solution-

According to me, parents should keep track of the weight of their children. When they observe the weight is going above the appropriate level, they must take strict actions. They should change the diet of the children and include healthy food in it. Parents also should promote the routine exercise of the children so that they become habitual of it. Parents should educate their children about the importance of living a healthy life.

Yes, schools also should take appropriate steps to prevent obesity in children because children spend a considerable time of their routine in the schools. If they are advised and instructed towards being healthy, it would contribute a lot to prevent obesity.

Explanation-

Parents as well as schools should take serious actions to prevent obesity in children. Children themselves are not so capable of thinking they're good and bad. They need guidance and knowledge towards adopting good habits.
